RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Every single piece designed & produced at The Calm Collective goes through stringent quality checks. Still, if you are unsatisfied with your selection or our quality, please feel free to return the product within 21 days from the date of order for a refund. A nominal return fee of 150/- is applicable and will be deducted from the total order value while initiating the refund.
If your product does not fit right or feel right we are happy to offer you a refund because we want you to be completely at ease whilst making your purchase.
In case of Prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week after the goods are received by us at the studio.
In case of COD payment, a bank transfer will be made to your bank account within the same timeframe as mentioned above.
The entire process can take up to three weeks from the date you initiate your return on our returns page.
The Calm Collective team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer or the tag is removed.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping across India for orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000 a non- refundable shipping charge of ₹200 will be levied. Online orders are shipped within 2 business days and will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of shipping via Delhivery or Shiprocket. In case there is a further delay in shipping we shall notify you.
We understand that COD maybe your preferred choice of payment and we are happy to offer you the same.
We offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please refer to our RETURNS & REFUND POLICY mentioned above.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Enjoy free shipping within India for orders above 2000/- when you pay online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or avail of our COD facility. We offer a return policy for all orders within India.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are temporarily not shipping internationally on account of logistics formalities. We will resume this shortly, so check in for changes.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
You will receive order related information in two stages.
1. An order confirmation email & a Whatsapp message once you place the order. If however, you do not receive a confirmation email from our end, please write to us at customercare@thecalmcollective.in
2. Our delivery company will contact you via SMS on the day of delivery to keep you informed on when your package will be delivered.
Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted two times before the shipment is returned to our studio, unless it is refused at your end with an "OTP verification code" on any of the attempts. In this case the product will be returned to our studio immediately and a next attempt will not be made. If you still wish to reorder the same product, the order will be process on a prepaid basis. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Please note that we will be unable to process orders with an incomplete address or contact number.

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at customercare@thecalmcollective.in
